Book Crossing

crossingzone2

We have just started a new and fun program at the Library. Book Crossing is an international program where people 'catch and release' books into the wild and then track the books as they travel around the world. If you are interested in learning more about Book Crossing, you can visit their website at BookCrossing.com

The Valleyview Library is now an official Book Crossing site. This means that people can release their books into the wild here, or you can catch a wild book here and take it home and read it and then release it when you are through with it.

BOOK CROSSING UPDATES!  - New books released into the wild!!

I was very excited that our own Board Chair, Diane Haskell's Aunty Mary who was visiting from England took a book from our Book Crossing shelf...very excited that we have a book travelling abroad! Thanks Aunty Mary! :)

BookCrossing.com is a website where you can register boo...ks and then release them into the 'wild' to be caught by book hunters, or just stumbled across by unsuspecting people. We have just joined Book Crossing and have a limited number of titles released into the wild. It will be fun to see where our books travel to. To find out more, visit BookCrossing.com
