CNIB Library Partners Program

If you or someone you know has difficulty reading print due to a disability, contact the Library for information on the CNIB Library Partners program.

This service provides access to CNIB resources like audio books, e-text, Braille and other formats including books, newspapers and magazines. There is a variety of materials for all ages and interests.


People with the following disabilities may qualify:

 

  • Visual Disabilities: including severe or total impairment of sight or the inability to focus or move one’s eyes.
  • Learning Disabilities: impairment relating to comprehension or perceptual disabilities.
  • Physical Disabilities: the inability to hold or manipulate a book.
